Stuff Portrait Friday #1 - Oooo, a new game to play!
I do like games...and this seems like it could be a fun one to play. STUFF PORTRAIT FRIDAYS as brought to us by Ramdom and Odd.
The theme for today..."bedside manner"
Item #1: The inside of my nightstand drawer... red leather journal, Foot cream, comdoms, handcuffs, white linen towel with toys.
Item #2: a good book I've read...The Cheese Monkeys - Chip Kidd
Item #3: my favorite lamp...built by yours truely for lighting class in design school...it doesn't work anymore, but I can't bring myself to throw it away, and there is nowhere in my house for it to live so I haven't bothered fixing it.

Little tip from the toy lady. You need to store each of your toys separately because the silicone, when it rubs on other silicone, will start to break down. What happens, then, is that the toys's outer silicone becomes porous and it can allow bacteria to get in there and it will make you more prone to infections regardless of how well you clean your toys. Pure Romance suggests storing your toys separately in big plastic ziplock bags. That is how I store mine. Or you can wrap each one individually in a scarf or something, but then sometimes they get sock fuzzies on them. Feel free to email me regarding toy tips. I have plenty!!!
