About Me
- Name: The Melody Censor
- Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Self professed music snob...artist, and art consumer...pop culture admirer...free spirit. I carry my camera with me everywhere I go, and usually use it every day. I know virtually nothing about photography, except that I love it and once in a while something good happens...visual musings I am a designer who appreciates that not all things pleasing to the eye must be painful on the pocket book, or the environment. Beauty comes from all sorts of places, not just fancy design shops or from depleting the earth's resources... Self professed music snob...artist, and art consumer...pop culture admirer...free spirit. I love music, ALMOST any type of music, and love to hear it live especially. I love trying new restaurants...I usually play devil’s advocate when involved in a debate…I have strong beliefs...I am very opinionated and stubbourn...I believe you must give respect to receive it…I knit and sew...I like reading...I don't have cable T.V or satellite... I love movies...I love gardening...I have a domestic side, but don’t want children...I love dogs and cats equally, but would prefer a puppy, cats have too much attitude to compete with...
STEALING HURTS THE MOUSES FEELINGS!
The majority of the photos featured here are taken by me, or of me (in some cases, both)...For the most part I don't mind sharing my pictures, all I want is that you ASK me first. There are certain pictures here that I would prefer not to share, but if you're up front with me I may make an exception. The Mouse thanks you!!

Courage hun ...you'll need to dig deep and find the courage to help them both.
Powerful image ...
Oh hun....
Hey Mouse. I can completely relate, I am really sorry. My folk's divorce was final in August after 30 years of marriage.
It's never easy despite one's age, but there is one advantage in being older in that you know better than to blame it on yourself.
What I have learned (my mom cheated and the hardest part for me has been forgiving her) is that you need to find your own way to a relationship with both of them and understand that it may be vastly different than how it was before.
Again, I am really sorry.
That's sure a bit of a blow. Nothing to do but try and be there for them and take time for yourself. At least you're old enough to have a better grip on it than those who have to deal with it as kids.
Hugs to ya.
I'm so sorry Susan. I say that as I am doing the same thing to my kids and it sucks! I love you and am here for you if you want to talk or anything. Thinking about you babe. beautiful image ... powerful and poignant. Take care.
